O`Charley`s in Columbus

Food was fresh and fast. Waitress was fantastic got every detail of our order correct. Manager came to check on us and was very pleasant. Just an overall good restaurant experience.

Good food, great service...loud party across from us...

Horrible experience, first had to wait along time to get seated, then once seated never got waited on, asked the young man who seated us who is our waitress he had no clue, asked for the manager and he was not sure where she was, but he said he would find her. Saw several of the servers just standing talking, finally just walked out. Be a while before I try them again.

First time going to O'Charley's. The selection was amazing. The rolls come out hot and fresh. The meal and the service was excellent. Definitely will go back again.

I order my food for pick up and my salad was not fresh at all. The potatoes soup a little salty. I liked that my food was just on time and my honey drizzled fried chicken was great!

We picked up an early dinner & it was AWESOME - hot, delicious & exactly as ordered! In addition to this, it was really well presented in the boxes which was an extra touch that was unexpected. Thanks for taking the extra time with "to go" orders, it's much appreciated.

Very elegant and convenient place. They provide big portions and for reasonable prices. We liked the meals very much and the staff were very friendly and informative. I recommend this place.

Service was good the cook staff is a total different issue. Cooks didn't plate things correctly and didn't cook steak per request.

Great service. Steak was too done but the rest of the good was great. Awesome $4 margarita

A group of 10 went for lunch on Free Pie Wednesday. We had one waitress who did an unbelievable job of keeping everything straight. Clean, good, hot food, great service. What's not to love!

Excellent food, great time, spend it with family and friends. Really enjoyed the whole experience.

Food was okay, my sister saw one of the waitresses picking at her face in the bathroom and didn't wash her hands. We reported it to the manager.

Brandi made our experience amazing. The food was great and so was our service. Would recommend. We had all you can eat catfish and was amazing!! Cant wait to go back.

Love everything on the menu. I was there on a Sunday during brunch hours so it was pretty busy... Our server was extremely slow with everything. She had 4 tables. It took her 15 minutes to just come get our drink order, when we finally got our drinks she took 10 minutes to go get our rolls. We eventually got our food and it was awesome. I understand being busy, but being blatantly lazy is unacceptable. I've worked in the restaurant industry for several years in the recent past so I still gave her a 20% tip, but had she given decent service the tip would've been closer to my normal 30%. Her loss.

The manager Dustin is rude and refused to help with the order i made. I ordered with Grubhub. the food was wrong but the receipt was correct. Dustin tried telling me very rudely that he was not going to help me. that it was grubhubs problem now. i was even gonna offer to come exchange the wrong food for the correct food that i paid for. moral of the story i will no longer be coming back to this location

Big improvement since last time I was there. Food took a little while to get to our table. But the waitress/bartender Madison kept our drinks top off and was very nice. And everyone's food was good.We will be returning.
